A user-centered mobile app designed for simplicity. Users can add, edit, complete and delete tasks without any sign-up. Built with full UX research, usability testing and high-fidelity Figma prototyping.

The Problem

Available task management apps have cluttered designs, require user sign-ups, include unnecessary features, and are difficult to navigate. Users, especially busy professionals and housewives, struggle to quickly add a simple task reminder without getting lost in complex interfaces.

The Solution

Designed a stripped-back mobile app with a single-screen task list, a clear add-task button with icon and text label, a digital date and time picker, and sound + text notifications — all without requiring any sign-up. The result is an app that works exactly the way users expect it to.
