A UX/UI design for an online floral marketplace targeting users in Mansehra who want fresh flowers delivered for occasions like weddings and birthdays. Full research, personas, wireframing and usability testing in Figma.
The Problem
Users in Mansehra struggle to find fresh flowers for special events. Local shops often sell wilted bouquets, and customers hesitate to trust online sellers due to bad past experiences. Existing flower websites have cluttered interfaces, no occasion-based filtering, and no direct-to-recipient delivery option.
The Solution
Designed a clean, occasion-based browsing experience with freshness guarantees prominently displayed, a simple cart with quantity editing (+ / − controls), easy checkout with quick registration, and a direct delivery-to-recipient option. Usability testing with 5 participants validated each design decision before finalising the high-fidelity prototype.
